Proposed site in Industri Dalam is quite complex and diverse of settlement problems within Bandung context, where the situate should give an additional value especially for themselves. Deeply seeing the multiple problems in life of dwelling activity opened the alternative improvement concepts which offer sustainable and better living status for these unique society. This approaches are wished to established strategies and thinking of design process in the reaching of proper settlement
